It was awesome, so good to see them all back together again!
Must be really odd for them playing to just the roadies and crew, not getting the response from the audience, I did my best but they probably couldn't hear!
As much as it was lovely, makes me miss seeing them live even more! Especially on BoY, transported right back to Dublin....
Now they've got the hang of it, let's hope for more!
Yeah it was ok. I can’t get too hyped about it. Good to see them again but set list was short and apart from make it right pretty predictable. Hopefully they do a few more and make them a bit more interesting!
My hangover was fun today ๐ amazon woke me up at 8am (was on the sofa). Moved to bed, got back up at 11 and went for a blood test still pissed. Hangover kicked in at 2 and have been laying very still since.
Absolutely loved last night. Gonna watch it again tomorrow ๐
I was really getting into this, then it ended :( I felt it was a bit too short. I didn't think they would do 3 hours, but I think it was a little less than 90 minutes. I was sort of expecting at least 2 hours?
I suppose it doesn't help I was watching the Metallica one right before it. That broadcast went for almost 3 hours, allthough maybe 2 and bit were music. The audio also sounded vibrant and amazing (well mixed?).
It kind of reminded me of the time I saw Foo Fighters open for RHCP. They were amazing, blew the roof off the place, and RHCP struggled with coming on after that set. I felt like Metallica brought a little more game to their broadcast.

hi!
nice fake out of a new song at the beginning there
Yeah I thought that. They do it a lot don’t they - tease new intros and riffs etc during live performances
Loving this... And Violet on BVs.
Loving this!!!
Really LOVE how they're using the intro to Shame Shame for a Dave conversation bit
Completely won-over by this song now
It’s literally the best thing we could’ve hoped for - in the age of no in-person gigs ๐ฅฐ
