It is cool to see them going in a different direction even for the music videos just like Smashing Pumpkins are doing with their new album that's out this month. I wonder if there's a meaning to the music video that we don't know of at this point.
I never skip any of the songs on Adore, I love them all dearly but for me it has to be 'Ava Adore'. It brings back so many warm, happy memories and feelings. That's the power of music right there
Agreed. Seemed a bit self indulgent and wanky to me. I’m never a big fan of rock stars trying to be arty and serious in videos anyway but I couldn’t take this seriously or see the link at all.
You’re quite right. I was always a Siamese Dream/Melon Collie guy. Those two tours were immense. Melon Collie show at Brixton I still have the bruises from.
In love with Corgan tho.....yikes. D’arcey and James were my two faves.

Deep! And very arty. And muddy :D

love it! reminds me a lot of Bergman and Tarkovsky films i've been watching all year
Not sure what they were going with for that music video. Not a memorable one it will be for me. Still the song is growing on me.
and the begging, with her hands on his face, reminds me of the film poster for my short film i made this year. crazy
I instantly thought of it too
Parts of it reminded me of certain Smashing Pumpkins videos
live show this Saturday night!!

its based on a dream he had as a child
Ohh, that's interesting!
Great video! Love the artsy feel... really adds to the song
crazy, right
Smashing Pumpkins is a good one. The song and this video remind me of the Ava Adore era. That was all drum machine too ๐
Exactly what I thought of!
Ava Adore was a blinding album ๐
The best SP for me and in my top10 of all albums EVER
my favourite song is, randomly, 'Annie-Dog'
Yeah, he keeps saying it but I don't see any connection between the imagery and the lyrics. I feel like he's shoehorning it in.

Great album I agree, but not as good as the 3 that came before it.
Ava adore tour shows were brilliant thought because they really heavied the sound up.
Yes! And I was totally in love with Corgan for absolute ages after that.
Also may I just point out that the album is called 'Adore' and the song is 'Ava Adore'... ๐
