Sure sound legit..
I like the different ending in Monkey Wrench (the chord progression stays the same unlike in the final version),
These sound like they’re pretty well worked on, not so much difference even arrangement wise compared to finished songs, even the different guitar parts are really similar..
The drumming is really good, really similar to the finished songs.

Yeah they're from the pre-production session at Laundry Room. Will confirmed in an interview last year he no longer had access to Bear Creek recordings.
