In all seriousness, probably the Germs. My hair was blue for like 10 years because of the Germs circle one logo. Otherwise Gimmes, but my brain doesn't register it as Chris's gig.
Also, Chris was in Lagwagon as a touring member for a hot minute so I'mma also go with Lagwagon.
Yeah I know what you mean about the gimmes. It's a shame that it now seems like there is some sort of bad blood with Chris and the gimmes.
I must admit I've never listened to The Germs. I should as I imagine in the world of streaming it's easy now.
For me it's Scream but probably more for Pete Stahl than Dave's contribution to them. I also love Goatsnake, Wool & The Earthlings

Anyway, the only thing I was familiar with is Wallflowers, I really liked their singles.
I never heard SDRE, they were totally ignored in Mexico so I only downloaded a handful of songs after investigating a bit of Nate after FF. I think they're more my jam than Wallflowers.
First SDRE album is fantastic.
I would say Chris for most bands i like pre-Foo with the Gimmes and No Use For A Name . You can avoid Nirvana all you want but sorry Nirvana for the win though. 🤣
