I met him at Love Ride in November. He somehow got the one roadie there to give him nearly all the picks and setlists. He was kind of a prick about it all too. He was like I traveled this far blah, blah, blah
Travelled that far on money he'd stolen from other people.
Apparently I'm fb friends with him. Wonder if I was an intended future target. Part of me wants to delete him but I also want to see if he shows any regret.
I’m keeping an eye on him.....although if he had any sense, but let’s face it he must be stupid to think he’d get away with it, he’d deactivate his account.
Yes, it’s been discussed in a few groups. Very good conman so maybe everyone was a future target. I very nearly reached out to say hi to him as when I’m in the UK I’m Brighton based, thank goodness I didn’t! It’s awful that he’s done so much, met the guys numerous times all on other peoples money. Sad that when some people can’t even afford to buy a ticket let alone travel as much as he did....
The Brighton and Hove News paper mentioned he had been promoted in his job just weeks before the trial, but I bet he will lose it now.
Also his IG was full with his proud dad moments and his son. The article also mentioned that he had shared custody of his son. If I were in the mother's shoes I would challenge that and redistrict him to see that poor little fella, as he isn't a good role model for a little boy.
He'd invite people to his flat in Brighton to parties then go through their stuff and find their wallets. If I went to someone's house I wouldn't keep my bag on me at all times. I guess there's an assumption that if someone trusts you enough to invite you to their home then you can trust them not to rifle through your bag and steal your card details.
Someone from that Facebook group had her card details taken when she gave him a lift to or from a Foo gig, and she left her bag in the car with him when she got out to get petrol. I guess she didn't take all her cards in with her.

From what I can tell from that facebook group - a lot of the victims were from there.
Madness, its dedication bordering on stalking lol
Whoa! Glad to see he got jail time for it.

Yikes, he's still FB friends with four mutuals. @Poppy4580 @Foozie Achtung!

same
I met him last August front of the Moth Club (Dave's secret gig with Rick Astley in London).
We followed each other on Instagram not on Facebook though.
My first thought was also to delete or block him, but I am curious too.
Think I'll put him on restricted profile so I can see him but he can't stalk me. Not that I post much on there anyway!
LOL just went to go do this and saw someone's posted the above link on his page with the words "YOU FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT"
Pretty much.
🤣
I gave it a like 😂
Scumbag. Bet he shows zero remorse for what’s he’s done.
He will when he won' be able to see his 5 ys old son.
Jesus. You just wouldn’t would you. The shame of it. It will be tougher to get a job too.

Agreed. I bet his job won’t keep him on either.
How was he getting the details though? My wallet is always with me.

@Becks12 ah yes I guess handbags so he most likely targeted women by and large.
From both Facebook and the article, it would appear that way.
Horrible man. Not only a thief but a massive invasion of privacy.
I guess a quick photo of the front and back and you're sorted.
I am glad I have 2 Factor Authentication setup on all my cards!
Probably need drivers licence too so he had the address the card was registered too.
