Seems to be a fan-made site to list the fan groups and copy-paste news from other sites. Whois shows that registration info has been redacted. So it's not official but nowhere does it state who's running it or its overall purpose.

probably something to do with 'Foozie’s Foo Fighters News'. spent a lot of time and effort on this site it seems.
