Has a "live discography" webcast series been discussed? Dave hates anything that's been done and this pushes the envelope so fucking hard towards something very few artists with such a catalogue would dare to do.
If it wasn't for OBO, IYH and ESPG I think they'd be up for that.
He's talked about how he's not a fan of playing the albums front to back type shows before and then he did it with Wasting Light a few times. So who knows?
I guess it depends on if they make an email for GREATEST HITS or not. It currently is the only album without a write-up in the new Discography section on the website. If they include an email for SKIN & BONES (which does have a write-up on the site), and don't include one for GREATEST HITS, it puts a theoretical LP X email right on Friday the 13th. Which is funny timing considering we know they shot a horror film and Whitney Cummings was involved.
A potential spooky release so close to, yet post-Halloween, is a little odd, but maybe the horror film is unassociated with LP X and this is all just a wonderful countdown to a surprise drop. Judging by the website's order (which differs from actual order of releases), November 6th is either gonna be GH or SONIC HIGHWAYS.
We were told my Foo HQ that the GH album didn't need a write-up, which is a mixed blessing because I would've enjoyed talking about 'Wheels' and 'Word Forward' but at the same time, how much can you wax lyrical about a contractual obligation record? 😁

Without knowing when they recorded this, a vague timeframe is still a timeframe. Oh boy, oh boy!
They are preparing something in the studio? He said that
i still stand by this ☺️
he's probably written a load of new music the band could go and record in the studio right now 🤷♂️
definitely intrigued to hear 'Love Dies Young'

Pretty sure he meant touring "anniversary albums". Either way, I don't see it happening, I guess I was awake too late.
Honestly I'd love it just to see how the 6 of them approach the songs now compared to when it was just 4 guys
How about how the 6 of them approached a song from when it was just 3 guys?
You're welcome 😎

Friday the 13th in the scariest of years - sounds right to me ☣️🎶
yes it seems unlucky Friday 13th could be the day for an emai... to announce a new album. or release date for a new album
I did wonder if it was a build-up to something, based on the numerals... but seeing the dates in front of me, that actually makes sense!

Yeah, Hoss did some maths when the LP2 mail dropped but we thought the droppage would be every 3rd day, so he had a different friday in october.
I'm super on board with this theory. Just something new, be it news on release or single drop.
Oooor, a Friday the 13th Jason-like slashing MOVIE! Come'on!
Have people seen this?
Yes!!
Really good quality.
Why are these posts in bold? I don't even know how to do it if I tried
I was thinking the same thing @wol
It happened when @FooZealand mentioned Friday the 13th!
Spooky... 👻 or then it's a sign!!!!!
A sign of what though?
bold
That the date is indeed correct and the new album will come out with a big bang!
Can someone get rid of this boldy thingy please?
Ooh I hope so that would be awesome.
A bold new direction?
