Awarded for services to American music at the national museum of American history. Along with Gloria and Emilio Estefan and Susan tedeschi. He made an acceptant speech but the link I got doesn’t work and googling for the last hour hasn’t produced any results except the same generic posts about him winning it. Someone on Reddit said it was played on a local radio station but again, a link they found afterwards didn't lead to it. They should have recorded it on their phone! They said it was sweet...
