Not going to lie, I stood there and sobbed. I am so glad to see Dave out and performing
I’m sure it was very emotional for Dave to be back on a stage in front of a large crowd like that… I didn’t think he looked himself . Must have been difficult.
Were you there?!! Omg omg what a thing to witness.
He looked so fragile, it's heartbreaking - especially the T tattoo moment.
Anyone know when it will be on iPlayer? I can find everything else Glasto but not the Macca set.
It was on “live” but should have been on catch up as soon as the set finished . Make sure you check all the categories though as they have put some sets in some weird places.
Ta - I checked a few places including 'headliners' and it wasn't there - if that doesn't include Paul McCartney then they need to sack the person categorising the sets 😄 Will search again.
I watched it live and welled up a bit… nice to see him back out there
It’s not on iplayer yet, says “coming soon”.
Ah thanks - good to know it's not just mine!
Yep I’m here. I had a feeling he’d do something with Paul so glad I stuck around as I’ve seen him before.
2 songs with Dave then out rolls Springsteen 🤯
1080i BBC1 HD recording | 586MB
Grab it quickly, BBC are usually fast to find these and remove them.
I try not to project but it seemed like he was (understandably) struggling a bit, I’m sure he went for Paul though, and I’m glad that he did. It did seem like he had a good time with the jam.
Felt the same.
Did notice Paul did not ask him how he was doing after he asked Paul.
I also noticed that. Paul seemed like he was looking out for him the whole time. It was lovely.
What is this all about? 🤔
Some sort of scam/phishing/virus. The real PM account obviously wouldn't ask people to download videos via some nondescript link, especially not if something like that had actually happened.
How odd hadn't actually clocked the bit about downloading video
Nice, thanks for this!!
IMHO its going to go down as one of the iconic gigs.
Full 2 hour 40 minute concert in 1080p HD 192k stereo if anyone is interested in keeping it.
Whole set was pretty good from what I've watched of it.
Anyone get the feeling that Dave was not plugged in during The End?
Was lucky enough to be at the Pyramid, as soon as Paul said 'guest from the West Coast' I weeped!
So did I, though when he started introducing Bruce I couldn’t for the life of me guess who it was going to be 🤣
