What's better than winning one of five framed band signed prints to the gig you broke your leg getting to the 3rd row, caught a pick - and then were forced to be golf buggied to the back of the stadium to sit alone in the pissing rain? (You'd remember my story on that if you were "t/here")...

Being told Sony had an added internal contest in AUS/NZ where one of the five in each country (that got the poster) also won a vinyl discography.

What a day to be the xxxx that won ~~one~~ two fucking FF prizes on the 10th album release.😯

After all my dramas at that gig where I literally broke my fibula getting tripped running to the mosh pit then pleading with ambulance staff not to be taken to hospital so I could sit at the back of the rear stand in the most utter pissing rain anyone has ever gigged in, after making it to the 3rd row and even catching a pick from Yeti... I never bought the poster - it just seemed like one I was never meant to have. It was the most insane FF day of my life...

Now this, three years later... to complete the brain fuck.

Figured it would be the Auck 2018 Mt Smart Poster - but it's not.

Special NZ 2018/21 Poster ... Beyond The Pale / Vance Kelly - No Tour Dates (for our last two 2018 gigs).

More tellingly it's printed (New Album "Medicine At Midnight" Out Now) bottom left. So can't be 2018.

I'd say a promo poster made for NZ that is everywhere... only Sony NZ say nope it's a one off .

So there is an Aus one similar of 5 copies out there no doubt using AUS vs NZ etc.

I mean yeah fuck me I won it etc, but you can't help but go well shit really? that they went to all the trouble of making ten posters for one orange vinyl that will sell a fraction of EU/US blue - you'd almost think they give a fuck about the gigs down under lol

Five in NZ and five in AU won the prints... comp said framed... but apparently they arrived too late so were sent in tube - to me in NZ anyway.

Five poster winners in each country then went in a draw to win all past albums (Sony bonus that wasn't even mentioned).

Never bought the last LP reissues... then the price went up really quick and I just went blah - I have all the originals, might get them over time maybe if I see them pass by at a good price.

All EU DE pressed versions... they obv are not now super easy for even Sony NZ to source - one is restamped on the rear for Italy.
